A short-ass trial: The trial by James Patterson Reviee

So, I read THE TRIAL back when it was first released.

This was one of the books that I DON’T Remember what happened after completing the book, but remember liking it.

But when I listened to the audio again after over 4 years, I remember why I gave it the review I gave it.

The Trial is about The Women’s Murder’s Club, a series by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro, where a killer from a previous book is “brought back alive” with an unexpected ending.

This wasn’t like Cross Kill, where it had an ending that made me say “Alex Corss, You’re an idiot!”

It kept me on my toes.

The book ended with a cliffhanger (as expected), but this cliffhanger was different.

It made me feel like it wasn’t required to read the next book (which would be “The 16th seduction”).

Overall, I give this book a 3.5/5 stars. The writing style was good, the story kept me entertained, and the story ended without making me read the next 400 page book.

the only bad things: Cliffhanger ending, and it suggests to read the next book that’s around 400 pages.
